Flat double jacketed is a new gasket having Graphite tape "adhesive-coated gathered Graphite tapes on both sealing surfaces to increase the sealability of Flat double jacketed.

Water, Sea water, Hot water, Steam, Crude oil, Alcohol, Animal & vegetable oil, Heat transfer oil General solvent, Weak acid, Weak alkali, Air, Nitrogen gas, Inert gas, Exhaust gas,

Inappropriate fluid

Oxidizing acids such as hot, concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid

Application

Dimensions

Any forms are available. As for dimensions, products with a maximum diameter of about 3,000 mm can be manufactured, while still larger ones may also be fabricated at site upon request. It is also possible to manufacture highly reliable products with minimized junctions of cores of gasket (patented manufacture) to be used for heat exchangers and the like.
