A reinforced graphite sheet material easy to cut on-site, available in 1000mm x 1000mm sheets or cut gaskets. The material comprises two outer layers of graphite foil with a central nickel core 0.026mm thick. The layers are bonded in-house using a unique high temperature adhesive system.

· Maximum service temperature 500°C in oxidizing conditions.
· Maximum service temperature 1000°C in inert and reducing conditions.
· Maximum service pressure 140 Bar.
· Can be used at cryogenic temperatures.
· Compressibility 40 to 50%.
· Recovery 10 to 15%.
Good flange design parameters and correct gasket fitting
procedures should be adhered to. Maximum temperature and
pressure guides not being used simultaneously
